- We ship using Australia Post Platinum Express Delivery Service and Australia Post Registered Mail.
- Platinum Express Guarantees next day delivery for its express post network. Registered post does not guarantee next day delivery but we have found that most times it does get to you with in a day. We would recommend saving yourself a few dollars and using Australia Post Registered Mail.
- We offer a low rate of delivery through Australia out for regular parcels delivery. $9.95 for Registered Post & $14.95 for Express Platinum
- BOTH shipping methods require a signature on delivery
- Insurance is included, relax, its going to get to you quickly and insured!
- If orders are received before 1pm EST they are shipped that day and are usually received the next business day.
- If you are in Sydney and need the item urgently, let us know so you can organise pick up.
We do our best to ensure prompt and fast delivery and most items are received with in 1 business day. As we can not control all of the factors in the delivery cycle we prefer to use as a guide 1-6 business days for delivery.
For large and heavy items such as Tripods or Camera Bags to QLD, VIC, TAS, SA, WA & NT we suggest you choose the Regular Registered Post Shipping Method. Postage for such items using the Express Post Platinum Delivery Method will incur a larger shipping fee. We may be in contact if extra delivery charges need to be added to the quoted amount (at the checkout) to ensure all postage charges are recovered. Most items are shipped same day, on occasion some items are shipped with in 24-48hrs. Please contact us if you require the product urgently.
